The Indulgent Retreat (120-Minutes)Then reserve your preferred massage, day, and time through Vagaro (Book Now button); an email address and phone number are required so you can receive reminders three days before and the day before your appointment. New clients must complete a client intake form and liability form through Vagaro prior to their appointment.

Welcome! We are located at 1139 9th Avenue #104, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816 this distinctive circular building offers a sense of ease and gentle flow from the moment you arrive. Its rounded design creates an open, calming atmosphere that feels intentional and serene, naturally inviting you to slow down and breathe. Unit 104 is located in the back of the building, and you may park in any of the open stalls

Set in a quiet neighborhood, the space feels peaceful and private—an ideal setting to transition out of the outside world and into a restorative, healing experience.

Checking In & Consult

We recommend checking in 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give yourself a little extra time to unwind and settle in. At this time, you can have a 5-minute consultation to communicate your massage needs/ expectations to strive for the best possible treatment. Arriving early allows you to fully relax, enjoy the calming environment, and let go of the day’s stress before your massage begins. This small buffer ensures that you start your session feeling centered, refreshed, and ready to receive the full benefits of your treatment. Think of it as a gentle transition from the outside world into your time of healing and renewal. Forms: If you have not filled out your client intake + liability form, you may do so during this time. We seek to start at your scheduled time, so early arrival supports the ease into your relaxing massage.

The Indulgence Retreat (120-minutes). We use a nourishing massage cream designed to support smooth, soothing massage and skin hydration.  

Each massage includes fresh towels, aromatherapy, eye mask and a calming, restorative atmosphere. Whether you’re seeking a quick reset or a more indulgent experience, every treatment is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Tips for After Your Visit

Seven (7) Simple Ways to Extend the Balance and Relaxation

1. Hydrate Well: 
Massage helps release toxins and stimulates circulation. Drinking plenty of water afterward supports your body’s natural detox process and helps reduce post-massage soreness. Aim for at least 2–3 glasses in the hours after your session.
2. Move Gently: 
Your muscles may feel relaxed or slightly tender. Light stretching, a short walk, or gentle movement can help with circulation and prevent stiffness, without overtaxing your body.
3. Rest and Recover:
