Appointment Cancellation & Courtesy Policy
At A Little Touch of Heaven, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following cancellation policy is in place.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled
Grace & Understanding
We truly understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations are handled with kindness and consideration, and will always be reviewed case by case.
Repeated Late Cancellations / No-Shows
To help protect appointment availability:
• A credit card may be required to book future appointments following repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
• Prepayment may be required for select appointment times.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next client, with the full service fee still applying.
Occasional Practitioner Rescheduling
On rare occasions, appointments may need to be rescheduled by the practitioner. In those cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered priority rescheduling.
